Article 4.20.1C : EDC4100 meter reading improper.
Site Problem: At the site 24V DC is step up to 40V DC. Meter Vin is 48V. Meter is shown 80 volts at the display with incorrect Amp reading.
Solution: 1. First of all, check the Parameter setting as per the given quantity and it's Ok.
2. Meter check with only current input not Voltage input connected. The current reading is Ok
3. Meter check with Voltage input only no current input. The voltage value found Ok 40V but in minus indication is on. So interchange the voltage terminal.
And After that connect both voltage and input terminal and problem solved received the correct reading from the meter.
