Article 4.1.1.1 : Why Neutral current An value comes in EN8410 & EN8400 if there is no current in neutral?
What is the neutral current in a 3 phase system?
The neutral current in a three-phase, four-wire wye system represents the imbalance of the three-phase conductors, also known as the "hot" conductors. If the three hot conductors are equal, as in the case of supplying a three-phase motor, there is no imbalance and the neutral current is zero.
If there is no imbalance and EN meter shows the neutral current. So that means there are some mistakes in connection.
Please check the CT connection is accordingly RYB phase and also CT S1 and S2 have connected as on meter S1 and S2. If it's interchanged S1 and S2 KW reading shows minus or reverse LED also neutral current An shown in the meter. After correction, it would be solved and neutral current comes zero if there is no imbalance.

Please find the below image of EN meter FYR. In EN8400 has interchanged CT S1 and S2 in the B phase and minus value comes in the KW B phase. Also, neutral current An = 5.9 A comes and as shown in image total KVA does not match the addition of ...
Article 2.0.2C : Why neutral current is high in some meters?
This situation will occur due to unbalanced PF and harmonics, For idle calculation, let us assume the current is 50A and all phases operate at 0.5Lg. So the calculation will be (50 * cos 60) + (50 * cos 180) + (50 * cos 300) = 25 - 50 + 25 = 0. We ...
Article 4.1.1.24S: PF value not show accurate in EN meters compare to reference meter.
Solution: PF value depends on current and voltage phase angle. First, check the voltage Phase angle in the meter it should be 0, 120, 240. and verify the CT and PT connection in meter accordingly RYB. An issue on the site: PF value does not change ...
Article 4.1.1.3 : Why in EN meter only one phase PF & KW value comes very less and KWh consumption is less with reference main meter?
Please find the below images of the EN meter display to understand the situation of a meter. As shown in the above images we can see in the Y phase PF & KW is very less compare to the other two-phase. Here KW depends on the PF value because of PF ...
