Please follow the steps below to update the EB and DG KVA values to the meter:
Open the Software:
Launch the application where the KVA values have been updated.
Select the Meter:
Navigate to the list of meters and select the meter you wish to update.
Enter/Verify KVA Values:
Ensure the EB and DG KVA values are correctly entered or reflected for the selected meter.
Save the Configuration:
Click the Save button to store the values in the software.
Write to Meter:
After saving, click the Write button to push the updated values directly to the meter.
Confirmation:
Once written, verify if the meter is reflecting the new values and is operating without tripping.
