Article 3.1.2C : Why data is not accumulating in Elnet v5.3 software ?

This issue may occur,

1) If the Elnet software services is stopped in PC.

2) If there is any issue with the network.

3) If network components like Ethernet switch or Gateway in switched off condition.

4) If the Elnet software PC is in sleep mode or switched off mode.

5) If the Energy meters are in off condition.

Please check for the same when you faced data loss issues.
