Article 3.1.2H : How to check when the System or Elnet Service has been stopped which results in Data missing in Elnet software?

If data is not logged in Elnet software, first check whether the system has gone to sleep mode or system has been switched off.

Steps to check whether the system was in sleep mode :
1) Go to This PC or My Computer
2) Select Manage
3) Select Event Viewer
4) Select Windows Logs
5) Select Systems
6) Select Filter Current Log
7) Select Critical, Warning, Error
8) Click OK.
In encircled region the reason for data log failure can be seen.
TO CHECK WHETHER THE ELNET SERVICE HAS BEEN STOPPED OR NOT

Go to root folder where our Elnet software and sql has been installed : 

1) Select My Computer
2) Select Local Disk D ( Example)
3) Select Program files x86
4) Select ELMEASURE
5) Select ElnetV5.3
6) Go to recent log Events folder, (find the below picture for reference.)


Open the Log Events Text file, there you can see the Service history.
