Article 4.1.1H : EN8410 DMC+RD
In EN8410 DMC+RD, relays work only for Import Option Not for Exporting Option.
@While Importing -Running Demand will increment based on load connecting.
@While Exporting -Running Demand Won't increment based on load connecting.
Hence EN8410 DMC+RD will function only for Import option only.
