When MS service pops up an error while starting

"ERROR 1053- SERVICE CANNOT BE STARTED in TIMELY MANNER"

Resolution - Computer will not be having updated "DOTNET 4.52" supporting software. Need to download the same & execute.

Then, MS- service will get operated.
