DG Selection and Meter Setup using Theiox software.

Kindly review the screenshot of the setting below and ensure that the DG Selection is set to "No DG." Additionally, please configure it to the meter by initiating the write command so that, when there is a DG supply to the meter, the output supply will trip for those customers.

I trust that customer have already laid the DG sensing cables and connected them to all the meters to identify the incoming supply.
