If Trip indication and command is displayed on the meter after manually tripped. Then Check the changeover of NO & NC of iELR with COM.

If that also works then there is a problem in connected Breaker not in iELR.

And, If NO & NC changeover not done on a relay. That means It has to be sent to the service center.
