Article 4.1.1.24S: PF value not show accurate in EN meters compare to reference meter.
Solution: PF value depends on current and voltage phase angle.
First, check the voltage Phase angle in the meter it should be 0, 120, 240. and verify the CT and PT connection in meter accordingly RYB.
An issue on the site: PF value does not change accordingly load connected. It's stable to 9.88 approx nearby as per the customer it should be near 0.85 approx on the load connected.
Solution: The other Third party meter connected in series and it's PF value on load is 0.85. In our meter change the VA selection to Arithmatic and EN meter also show the correct PF.
