Article 4.8.1.17S : ACCL is not showing display and at EB incoming terminal of ACCL is not show the actual voltage in meter as if disconnected and check.

Article 4.8.1.17S : ACCL is not showing display and at EB incoming terminal of ACCL is not show the actual voltage in meter as if disconnected and check.

Issue: The ACCL is not having a display and when the incoming supply at ACCL EB terminal checked with multimeter not getting the proper voltage and coming 8.0 V R Phase to neutral, Y & N is 440, B & N is 440. 

Also checked at the incoming 4 pole MCB incoming and outgoing voltages and found Ok. Also, Checked with Disconnecting the cable from the EB terminal and checked the voltages with multimeter and its OK.

So, Just checked again with the Test lamp and found a test lamp not getting neutral proper. The issue found at MCB outgoing neutral is not properly inserted and fixed it proper and issue solved.
