DO’s,
1) Check the Connectivity of the LAN cable between Network Server and Swicth. It must be connected always.
2) Check the Gateway communication by enter into network server page i.e 192.168.1.210
3) Ensure server PC is in On condition always.
4) Ensure that following services are in Running condition. Periodically (Every 3 Days Once) restart the services manually if required.
- ELM_MS
- Elnet DS
- Elnet Srv
- ELM_CONFIG
- Elnet_PPS
- Mosquito
5) Monitor the data’s daily once.
6) If Datas are not storing in the database restart the services as said above and check point no. 2
7) Periodically (Every Week once) check the gateway physically.
DONT’s,
1) Do not turn off the server PC.
2) Do not remove the LAN connection of server PC and Netwrork Server. This leads to loss in meter data saving communication.
3) Do not turn off the Network Server and Gateway.
4) Do not turn off the services.
5) Do not share the Admin user credentials to unknown person.
