Article 3.1.2X: Online Module Error in opening
While opening the online page you may receive the following error.
Solution:
Stop the ELNetsrv service from taskbar
Go to the root file path of Software (C:\Program Files (x86)\ELMEASURE\ELNetV5.3)
Then delete the following text files
DB parameters
EL Settings
DL Settings
And all log events (ex: LogEvents- 6 2021, LogEventsC, AugustEM etc.)
After doing the above, start the service and open the online page which will resolve the error.
