Article 2.0.4D : What is the purpose of Power Assist?
Power Assist can be installed between Meter & Gateway to avoid "240V AMF input".
Existing method (before Power Assist) - "240V AMF" input needs to be connected to the meter to detect the power as DG.
New method (After Power Assist) - When power assist is installed, there is no need of 240v AMF input to the meter.
When the input power switched from EB to DG, power assist will send a command to software via gateway to record the readings as DG and vice versa.
