How to update address in prepaid electricity bills.
Kindly go through the below steps to change address.
1) Open Configurator>Tools> Backup/Others (Refer Screen Grab -1) .
2) Update fields below the License given to.
3) Click on User level
4) Click on save option (Refer Screen Grab -2).
5) Restart Elnet service and check, it will update the address in bills.
